The plan for the renovations that I wanted to do was to:
--- Knock down half the wall separating the hallway to Bedroom and Dining room and create a breakfast bar.
--- New Windows and sliding glass door.
--- Ceiling fan in dining and living room.
--- Get rid of drawers in laundry room
--- Update closets
